    Adedamola Adegbite

    Chairman

    Adedamola Adegbite, an established and consummate Chartered Accountant with over 33 years of experience, is the Board Chairman of the Bank. He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University and commenced his professional career with Ernst and Young before joining Chevron Nigeria Limited(CNL), where, for over 3 decades, he held several positions that include finance, business and commercial; strategy and planning; contracts supports; supply chain management and logistics mentor functions.

    He is also a graduate of CNL’s Global Finance Development Program in San Ramon, California and worked in CNL’s Treasury and as Financial Analyst for the Europe Strategic Business Unit of the company. Mr. Adegbite currently sits on the Boards of several companies including BU Power Limited and until recently, Saro Agrosciences Limited. In addition, He is a foundation member of the Lagos Angel Network which is a group involved in angel investments in healthcare, agriculture and financial technology sectors in Nigeria, Africa and the United States of America.

    Mrs. Uzochukwu Ozoh

    Mrs. Uzochukwu Ozo attended Imperial College Business School, University of Dundee, the Nigeria Law School and Ebonyi State University. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006 and has been with Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) since then. Apart from being a Director of the Bank, Mrs. Ozoh also chairs the Board Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee of the Bank.

    With over 16 years' post call in-house counsel experience, Mrs. Ozoh has acted as Contracts Administrator/Advisor, Lead Contracts Advisor, Attorney Supply Chain, Drilling and Major Capital Projects (Upstream) and Attorney-Downstream Gas and Commercial at CNL. In addition, she is well skilled in negotiation, documentation and management of major agreements. Mrs. Ozoh is a member of various professional bodies including the Nigeria Bar Association, International Bar Association, Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, Nigerian Gas Association and International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (now World Commerce & Contracting). She enjoys running (100-200 meters sprints), mentoring younger people and supporting community building efforts.

    Mr. Frank Esanubi

    Director

    Mr. Frank U. Esanubi holds Accounting, Business Administration and Financial Management degrees from Herriot-Watt University (Edinburgh), Oxford Brookes University (Oxford) Olabisi Onabanjo University (Ago-Iwoye) and Auchi Polytechnic (Auchi). He is currently a Decision Analyst at Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) where he is involved in capital investment analysis and appraisal, project performance and financial modeling and evaluation.

    Mr. Esanubi is a Fellow of the following professional bodies: Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He was also a board member of Chevron Nigeria Closed PFA Limited from 2014-2017 and a former Acting President of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN).

    Engr. Charles Ameh

    Mr. Charles Ameh is a proficient health, safety and environmental specialist with wide ranging experiences in Oil and Gas Industry spanning over 2 decades. He attended Herriot-Watt University (UK), University of Liverpool (UK), Federal University of Technology (Nigeria), Rivers State University of Science and Technology (Nigeria) and Petroleum Training Institute (Nigeria).

    Mr. Ameh joined Chevron Nigeria Limited in 2001 and has over the years held various important corporate positions including Senior Productions Operator, Lead Operator, HES Engineer-Field Support and HES Specialist-Environment. He is currently the Lead HSE Specialist –Occupational Hygiene. He is also the current President of the Chevron Employees Multipurpose Cooperative Society (CEMCS) and represents CEMCS Limited on the Board of the Bank.

    Abimbola Adewale

    Managing Director

    Mr. Abimbola Adewale possesses over 2 decades of banking experience spanning business strategy, banking operations, foreign exchange, relationship management, product development, non interest banking, credit risk management, retail banking, public sector marketing, microfinance, training and SME /Small business segment management. Mr. Abimbola holds a Degree in Accounting, Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife.

    He has also attended various courses both locally and abroad, notable among which are Micro, SME & Housing Finance Summer Academy at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Frankfurt Germany, Advanced Microfinance Training at the School of African Microfinance Kenya, Deutsche Bank Training in Alternative Finance, Trade Finance and LC Course for Managers, Facility Rating Model Workshop for SMEs, Advance Credit Course for Officers , Leasing and SME's Financing Course for Managers, Branch Banking Course for Managers and Risk Management training for Microfinance Banks, Team Building and Leadership Course, Principles of Microfinance and Corporate Governance for Directors of Microfinance Banks and High Performance Training for Executives. Mr. Abimbola is a certified Microfinance Practitioner and a finalist at the 2018/2019 Hubert Humphrey Fellowship.

    He is also certified as an International Certified Expert in Microfinance from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Mr. Abimbola is a member of the Microfinance Association of UK, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, the SME Club of the Enterprise Development Center, the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria and the 2013 CBN post examination monitoring team. Prior to joining CEMCS Microfinance Bank Limited, Mr. Abimbola had worked at various banks in Nigeria including Habib Nigeria Bank, Oceanic Bank International, Unity Bank and UNAAB Microfinance Bank Limited. He is currently the Vice President of Aquarians Club International and President, Onward Club of Igbogila.
